For those that have never tried it, go out immediately and track some down – it is 100% worth it! Babi Guling (English: Suckling Pig) is a whole pig roasted over a fire and cooked to perfection. The Balinese love their Babi Guling and many ceremonies include it, not just as a food but also as an activity – the act of actually cooking it that is. Crispy Duck
Crispy Duck is a duck dish from Ubud Bali that has been prepared since the royal era. The meat is characterized by its thin, crisp skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat, half or one whole size served . Ducks bred specially for the dish are slaughtered after 85 days and seasoned before being roasted in a closed or hung oven. The meat is eaten with scallion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings with special balinese sauces. Sometimes pickled radish is also inside, and other sauces (like hoisin sauce) can be used. Mr Bali Tour
Sate Lilit
Sate Lilit is a satay variant from Balinese cuisine. This satay is made from minced pork, fish, chicken, beef, or even turtle meat, which is then mixed with grated coconut, thick coconut milk, lemon juice, shallots, and pepper. The spiced minced meat is wound around bamboo, sugar cane or lemongrass sticks, it is then grilled on charcoal. Unlike skewers of other satay recipes which is made narrow and sharp, the bamboo skewer of sate lilit is flat and wide. This wider surface allowed the minced meat to stick and settle. The term lilit in Balinese and Indonesian means “to wrap around”, which corresponds to its making method to wrapping around instead of skewering the meat. Mr Bali Tour

Pork Ribs Bali
Balinese style barbecued baby back ribs are one of my all-time favorite food. The huge meaty pork ribs well marinated in a turmeric based marinade with a burst of flavor from toasted spices and then slowly grilled over a wood charcoal then glazed with kecap manis or Indonesian sweet soy sauce barbecue sauce until the meat is done. Bali style grilled baby back ribs is totally addictive, the pork ribs are not only fork-tender and succulent in the inside, but they must also be slightly charred on the outside and glazed with sticky barbecue sauce with a pleasant smokey flavor. Definitely finger licking good !!! There is some places to try in Bali. Mr Bali Tour
