  Wood carving, like stone carving, has traditionally featured largely in temple and pa ace architecture with little free standing ‘sculpture' work produced commercially. Immaculately carved demons and mythical beings decorate pillars, door panels, lintels and window shutters with the aim of protecting t buildings from evil intruders. Scenes of legendary figures placed within floral decor set a more pleasant and educational tone. When producing tools and objects for everyday use, sculptors had a much freer hand in choosing subject matter. With the arrival of European influences, wood carving started to develop along more innovative and commercial lines.

• PENGLIPURAN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE
  Penglipuran Village is a traditional countryside owning unique characteristic life, socializing and culture. It is located in Kubu Village , Bangli Sub district and Bangli Regency. The natural nature and environments of countryside is designating the pittance touch of modernization influence. • KANTOLAMPO WATERFALL
  Kanto Lampo Waterfall (referred to by locals as ‘Air Terjun Kanto Lampo‘) is located only a short 30-minute drive from Ubud in Bali. This hidden paradise provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the town.
  The Kanto Lampo Waterfall was formed after the Kanto Lampo river area was caught by an avalanche. Although it may not be one of the most well-known waterfalls in Bali, it is certainly worth a visit. Stunning in its visual flow of water over the rocky cliff, this makes a very instagammable spot.
